How do I download the podcast? I normally copy the mp3s of podcasts to my mp3 player which I prefer using over my phone.
I really hope you can bring back the show. Even just an episode here and there would be appreciated. I found your show and blog a couple years ago and realized that I’m an HSP. Every show you do, you completely describe me. I’m now on my third listening of each show. Reading the blog and book are quite interesting, but it’s really nice to hear your lovely voice. Feels more personal.
Hi, My name is CJ and I just came out as a HSE. You would think I committed murder. I also have severe PTSD…yikes. Well that encounter lead to 3 arrest in less than 1 month and the Poway California Sheriffs laughing at me while I filmed them. This is after they triggered my PTSD by refusing to take my rape and theft report…… I am a person of color.
This sheriff department have gone as far as to lie and say I have others committing crimes for me in a voicemail and that I am trying to manipulate the system? All false claims. This all came after I requested copies of their body cams footage of the abuse.
The reply I received to my request was a hostile email stating they have an ongoing investigation and they will not send me the information and the decision is final. Well, the only though I had was “how will they defend abusing a person screaming that the officers are digging their fingers and the handcuff were too tight while crying. What’s there to investigate? I made it very clear I had PTSD and they triggered it regardless. I made it very clear I was a recluse and ask that only one person approach me, they traumatized me by having multiple officers jump on me although I was not of any threat or resisting, I told them I was a HSE empath , so they cannot blame me for the free physic reading I gave while I was being traumatized. into me.
They even lied about shooting my tire out because I violated a restraining order by leaving a written note for my former landlord after the landlord had agreed for me to get my things that weekend in writing. These officers traumatized me by having over 8 officers respond to arrest me for leaving a note. Somehow they have concluded being an empath with PTSD equals crazy. Not sure how they passed math class. I also ask them why would they threaten to put a person who is not violent who has severe PTSD in a straight jacket because I complained about them constantly bringing me non vegan food, so they decided not to feed me and kept me in a freezing sober cell while denying me my right to a phone call and they say I am the one who is crazy…eh? Don’t make sense to me.
Anyhow, I am about to mix things up. I am changing the mission of my non-profit. We will be treating PTSD using spiritual modalities. My Shaman and spiritual therapist has done more for me than the doctor at UCLA who told my landlord I had some undiagnosed medical condition because in December all of a sudden I can use every tool, make things out of clay and gems and can also pain. All this just fell into my lap and while I can prove it I have been deemed crazy. Any advice?
