What a great site. I have known that I was,an introvert but only recently did I discover that the term HSP was a reality. I found this site through a FB post.
Thanks Carl!! So glad to hear you like it!
My wife was totally relieved to find out that I am an introvert. She had said that she thought that I did not like going to family functions because I did not like her family. I always left after about an hour. Lol.
Hah!! That’s funny. Discovering I was an introvert was a huge relief to me, too. It explained so much!
Hi there I just found your site and I had no idea this was an actual thing I can relate to so many things like the overwhelming feeling! I’m having the hardest time deciding what to do career wise, I went thru a cosmetology course. I do love doing hair but I struggle with dealing with people all day and different personalities. I feel exhausted all the time and with a new baby it seems like I never have energy for anything and I get overwhelmed at daily tasks. Any suggestions as to what changes to make so I can be more relaxed and balanced!
