Hey there, it’s Kelly of the Highly Sensitive Person podcast.
There’s something you probably don’t know about me: along with this HSP blog and podcast, I run another completely unrelated business and have three other freelance jobs. And I work from home, which can sometimes feel isolating and unstructured.
For entrepreneurs (especially in online businesses), keeping your skills current is crucial—being isolated is NOT good.
The first mastermind group in which I participated was a game changer. It helped me take action in my businesses and provided a built-in group of resourceful people to give me great ideas, support, and validation. It felt good to offer my support to others, too. I loved that it forced me to stop procrastinating and make myself accountable!
I can’t think of anything that has been as helpful to my businesses as mastermind groups.
So, that’s why I’m happy to introduce the Highly Sensitive Person Entrepreneur Mastermind group! It is a group of HSPs who support each other in their professional goals via structured Google Hangouts, facilitated by me, every week.
What is a mastermind?
According to Forbes, it’s “A group of smart people who meet weekly, monthly, daily…to tackle challenges and problems together. They lean on each other, give advice, share connections…It’s very much peer-to-peer mentoring and if you are lucky enough to get invited to one, you will most likely see a marked change in yourself and your business.”
Who is this group for?
It’s for Highly Sensitive People who have-or have started-a business, are self-employed, have taken some steps to become an entrepreneur/self-employed, or want to become self-employed.
The benefits of a mastermind
There are so many!
- You’ll virtually meet like-minded people who listen to you and want you to succeed.
- You’ll make new connections and build camaraderie with other HSPs who understand the challenges and benefits of our trait.
- You’ll get feedback and opinions from different points of view.
- You’ll benefit from people who have different business experience than you and share your experience with others, too.
But most vital to me is this: Accountability. In every mastermind call, you report on your progress and goals. Knowing you have this requirement to your fellow mastermind members helps you move forward in a supportive atmosphere.
For me, a mastermind group has been a key to personal motivation and professional success. It sounds corny, but it’s 100% true! I’m excited to offer you all these benefits, too.
Turned off by the idea of scheduled calls?
I know, as an HSP, that it can be difficult to commit to scheduled appointments. But I hope you can fight through any nervousness because the results are worth it! I am speaking from personal experience.
You will be with a group of likeminded, supportive, kind people…kindred spirits, if you will. You will fit in and find new friends. We all have the same goal. We are here to support each other!
What is a mastermind call like?
Calls will be hosted on Google Hangouts, facilitated by me, Kelly, and last 70 minutes. It’s important to stay on track to respect everyone’s time.

I know that being timed might sound stressful, but it forces us to stay on task, keep the call to a manageable length, and get on with our day!
I’m interested-what are the specifics?
Each mastermind session will be 8 weeks long with a 60-minute, weekly call. (So, 8 total calls.) A private Facebook Group will be used to share updates, group communication, requests for feedback, and thinking prompts. As your facilitator, I manage the group, do the digital housekeeping, and make sure everyone is getting tons of value.
The group is limited to only 5-6 members. The small size ensures everyone gets individual attention. Members will be hand-selected to ensure all have skills and experience to offer and enrich the group.
It’s all about motivation, interaction, learning, and accountability!
What is the cost?
The introductory cost for this mastermind group is a one-time fee of $160 USD.
